This info is not just so you can lose those extra pounds, but so you can keep them off for good and live a long, healthy life!
Apple Cider Vinegar For Weight Loss
Apple Cider Vinegar is a gift from up above! Not only does research show that it aids in reducing body weight and preventing metabolic syndrome. It also helps boost your immune system, warding off colds and the flu! I know it doesn’t taste that great, but if you can put one tablespoon in a small glass of water and quickly drink it EVERY morning, you’ll be surely satisfied with the results. In addition, note that it’s highly acidic, so be sure to brush your teeth after consuming to avoid enamel damage. We like Bragg Usda Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar the best.
Coconut Oil For Weight Loss
Dr. Josh always tells me that I’m turning into a COCONUT because I use it for EVERYTHING: makeup remover, lotion, hair masks, teeth cleaning and to maintain a health weight! Research shows that ‘consumption of MCT (medium chain triglyceride) oil (what coconut oil is made of) as part of a weight loss plan, improves (it) compared with olive oil, and can thus be successfully included in a diet.’ I like to put one tablespoon a day in my black coffee. Avocados are the darling of the produce section and are probably my favorite food in the world. It’s highly nutritious, heart healthy, digests easily and, as a result, has been proven to help with diabetes, reduce high cholesterol and reduce the risk of cancer. Keep your intake reasonable at 1/2 cup max per portion and of course. As with everything else, don’t eat it for every meal, every day.
